🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience working in financial crimes compliance or OFAC sanctions compliance programs. • Previous program management experience within a financial crimes compliance or OFAC sanctions compliance program is required. • Previous experience working in product compliance or a similar role is required. • Previous experience working in crypto/Web3 is required. • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. • Ability to identify issues or gaps and propose solutions. • Ability to translate compliance policies into technical requirements. • Ability to write project plans and product requirements.
