🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, client success, or a similar role. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills – ability to make quick decisions and manage crises effectively. • Excellent organizational & communication skills – ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams. • Experience with remote work & digital collaboration tools – Slack, Asana, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace. • Proven ability to analyze data & drive process improvements to enhance efficiency. • Availability to work within U.S. time zones.
