Description

• Own the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth. • Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B demand generation strategies to drive traffic, increase MQLs and SQLs, and boost revenue. • Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and other platforms. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. • Analyze and optimize the demand generation funnel, improving website efficiency, and addressing drop-offs to enhance lead conversion rates. • Oversee customer lifecycle management, focusing on adoption, activation, and retention. • Identify and manage partnerships to enhance demand generation efforts. Collaborate with internal and external teams to align strategies and maximize impact. • Utilize tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, PostHog, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and Zapier to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. • Manage and optimize budgets for SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and project management skills. • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing revenue. Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and SEO efforts. • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, PostHog, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and Zapier. Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, attribution, and lifecycle management. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve performance. • Experience leading and developing marketing teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • In-depth knowledge of all marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.
