📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and support for our clients in the Pharma sector. • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific cybersecurity needs and design tailored OPSWAT solutions. • Act as a key technical resource during the pre-sales process, working closely with the sales team. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase OPSWAT's capabilities. • Provide training and education to customers, partners, and internal teams. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support. • Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity and emerging threats.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in IT/OT cybersecurity, a bonus for Pharma experience. • Deep understanding of Cyber Security practices in modern environments • Proficiency in deploying and configuring cybersecurity solutions. • Proficiency in REST API • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to critical infrastructure protection. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex cybersecurity challenges and provide effective solutions. • Strong understanding of relevant cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO-27001, etc.). • Experience with security technologies such as Anti-Malware/EDR, Sandbox, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions. • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. • Bonus – experience with malware analysis.
