📋 Description

• Looking for an experienced Design & Development Lead to boost team collaboration and project delivery • Combines strategic oversight with hands-on support to streamline workflows • Mentor and support team members, promoting skill growth and a collaborative culture • Collaborate on critical design and development tasks, maintaining quality across deliverables • Champion brand strategy, ensuring project goals align with overall company objectives • Lead projects through planning, design, development, testing, and deployment for cohesive execution • Drive collaboration, refine processes, and support high-quality outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field • Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master/PMP, UX/UI, AI) • Minimum of 2 years of agency experience • Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Proficiency with design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Zeplin) • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in leading projects from start to finish • Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp) • Experienced with QA processes, including end-to-end testing for functionality and performance • Knowledgeable in brand strategy, maintaining consistency across channels • A strong leader with mentoring experience, fostering team growth and collaboration • An effective communicator, engaging stakeholders and keeping projects aligned • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration among designers, developers, and marketers • A problem-solver with adaptability to pivot strategies as challenges arise • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once • Innovative and open to exploring new ideas to push creative boundaries
