📋 Description

• At Optimize Health, we believe that it's time to rethink brick-and-mortar-only healthcare visits. With our powerful combination of the leading platform technology, patient-friendly devices, and trusted support, we are pioneering how medical groups use technology and real-time data to treat patients' health outside the practice walls. • The Manager of Nursing will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding our growing remote nursing team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while optimizing team performance and maintaining alignment with our business objectives. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of management experience, preferably within a startup environment, and is skilled in managing remote nursing teams in Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 2-3+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong preference for startup experience, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Chronic Care Management. • Proven experience managing large-scale remote nursing teams, with the ability to lead and inspire from a distance. • Strong clinical background with a deep understanding of patient care best practices. • Excellent communication, leadership, time management and organizational skill. • Advanced knowledge of technology and computer systems, including Google Suite, Salesforce, EHR platforms, and managing spreadsheets. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. • Active Compact License Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license or Registered Nurse (RN) license required. • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred.
