• Support leadership in defining the product strategy and roadmap. • Set up and manage the product lifecycle. • Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases, create structured timelines. • Deliver on multiple strategy projects including research and analysis, drafting strategy documents and presentation materials, stakeholder management, communicating recommendations to leadership, and landing the project team's work. • Propose a product marketing plan and budget and then deliver against it. • Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents. • Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships. • Evangelize the product internally and externally. • Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • At least 3 years of experience as a technical product manager, technical product owner, or technical lead for API products or platforms. • 6+ years of experience collaborating with senior stakeholders. • Management of Product lifecycle from start to finish. • Strong technical background and knowledge of design, development, testing, and documentation. • Experience with technologies such as IoT, edge computing, cloud services, and communication APIs. • 3 years of growth strategy experience. • 3 years of experience working in a business environment with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., across engineering, product, technical program management, M&A, or operations) and directly collaborating and building trust with executive management. • 2 years of strategy experience in business software or SaaS domain, with a good understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, product differentiation, and GTM. • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Preferred: Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS) Master’s degree or other advanced certifications.
