📋 Description
• Optimize the company’s global websites for search engine performance and increasing organic traffic. • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic. • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. • Build and manage a technical SEO roadmap in collaboration with product managers and DevOps. • Monitor performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms. • Partner with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded from the start. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align SEO with brand campaigns and product launches. • Manage the external SEO agency partnership: set clear objectives, oversee execution, and provide feedback. • Track, analyze, and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, share of voice, and conversion rates.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in SEO and organic traffic management (ideally in an international or e-commerce environment). • Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and web analytics. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. • Experience managing agencies and leading SEO initiatives with measurable impact.
