Description

• Lead the ideation and development of software solutions for Orases clients. • Assist in the sales process by creating preliminary designs, roadmaps, and high-level estimates. • Stay up-to-date on technology trends, industry developments, and changes in the competitive landscape. • Effectively communicate with various audiences, ensuring clarity in conveying project details. • Utilize research data and analysis to improve business processes and anticipate client requirements. • Ensure highest level of client satisfaction by guiding solutions that meet business needs. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and work within best practices. • Conceptualize and build software to solve complex problems and implement scalable software solutions. • Work closely with Digital Project Managers to analyze requirements and recommend technical design and specifications. • Write clean and functional complex code following MVC or comparable framework. • Provide technical support for software applications as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience of success within a software development or consulting role. • 3+ years of successfully managing projects. • Proven track record of leading and supporting profitable projects with little to no supervision needed. • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills including the adaptability to present to diverse audiences. • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Proven experience bringing solutions or products from concept to launch. • Demonstrated passion for developing great products that meet customer needs. • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
