β’ 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. β’ Strong leadership and team management skills. β’ Excellent strategic planning and execution skills. β’ Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build lasting relationships. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β’ Proficiency in using HubSpot for CRM, sales automation, and analytics. β’ Experience in the Microsoft / M365 ecosystem is a bonus.
