Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. • Create and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance. • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives. • Utilize HubSpot for CRM management, sales automation, and analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills. • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build lasting relationships. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proficiency in using HubSpot for CRM, sales automation, and analytics. • Experience in the Microsoft / M365 ecosystem is a bonus.
