📋 Description
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients • Drive and increase adoption of the Origami platform while ensuring client satisfaction • Contribute to the configuration, implementation and support of our software • Maintain day-to-day client relationship related to onboarding, support, and client satisfaction • Drive adoption of contracted functionality to ensure clients maximize usage and value from Origami • Support account management team in preparing, presenting, and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work for contract renewals
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years experience in a client-facing professional services position • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or business-related field • Experience with SQL, JavaScript & XML preferred • P&C Insurance (Claims, Policy, Billing) experience required • Project Management background with proven success at driving customers to on-time and successful implementations a plus
