📋 Description
• Responsible for the technical oversight of all ISO/Bureau Content Implementations • Oversee support of existing ISO/BCR clients and work on new implementations • Oversee a team of BCR resources • Identify detailed requirements scope and stakeholder analysis • Work closely with Product on ISO/BCR Changes and Version Key Updates • Ensure adherence to Origami best practices • Serve as team lead for the BCR Team • Prepare training materials and conduct user training • Provide coaching and oversight of project team members • Identify potential scope creep and escalate when necessary • Leverage standard configuration and best practices in designing, configuring, and consulting on solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with and providing direction for software implementation delivery teams • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Previous system replacement and/or integration functional consultant or business analyst experience required • P&C Insurance industry (Policy, Claims or Billing) experience required • ISO Bureau Content & Admitted Policy experience a must
