📋 Description
• Responsible for the technical oversight of all ISO/Bureau Content Implementations • Oversee the support of existing ISO/BCR clients • Work with delivery on new implementations • Oversee a team of BCR resources • Configure the Origami Platform to meet client requirements • Work closely with Product on ISO/BCR Changes and Version Key Updates • Ensure adherence to Origami best practices • Operate as the team lead for the BCR Team • Oversee the work of Origami BCR team members • Translate solution blueprint into detailed design • Prepare training materials and conduct user training • Provide coaching and oversight of project team members • Identify potential scope creep and escalate to Project Manager • Leverage Origami standard configuration # • Follow established best practices and industry standards when designing, configuring, and consulting on solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of previous technical consultant experience in a software delivery capacity • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • SQL, JavaScript, XML experience preferred • P&C Insurance industry (Policy, Claims or Billing) experience required • ISO Bureau Content & Admitted Policy experience a must
