📋 Description
• Responsible for the installation and process design of the software to best fit client needs • Initial system access, configuration, data mapping and transfer, report and dashboard design and configuration, training clients on the software • Hands-on leading technical aspects of the full software implementation process • Tests Origami configuration and workflows against converted data to ensure data properly supports the configuration/workflows • Prepares training materials and conducts user training • Provides coaching and oversight of project team members to ensure productivity and quality
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of previous technical consultant experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • SQL, JavaScript, XML experience required • 5+ years of P&C Insurance Policy and/or Billing experience required
