📋 Description
• Responsible for solutioning and resolving production issues • Initial system access, configuration, defect resolution, data mapping and transfer, report and dashboard design and configuration, and training clients on the software • Hands on leading technical aspects of the full software implementation process, including supporting insurance Claims, Billing and Policy.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of previous technical consultant experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • SQL, JavaScript, XML experience required • P&C Insurance Claims, Policy or Billing experience required
