🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer technical support, troubleshooting complex issues. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Hands-on experience with semiconductor design workflows and IP lifecycle management. • Expertise in analog/mixed-signal design tools, especially Cadence Virtuoso. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive troubleshooting mindset. • Collaborative team player who shares ideas and drives process and product improvements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring respectful and effective support. • Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Linux, with a working knowledge of basic networking and shell scripting.
