📋 Description

• The SVP of Portfolio Management is responsible for Orion’s collection activities and performance. • This position leads, manages, and develops all aspects of the serviced portfolio’s early-stage delinquencies (1-60 days). • Responsible for setting and achieving goals for this area of Orion, in accordance with all collection laws, regulations, and company policies. • Represents Orion publicly and serves as the key representative of Orion’s commercial collections services. • Responsible for developing and achieving short and long-term commercial collections growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience in effectively leading commercial or consumer collections and recoveries. • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent level of experience. • Expertise in working at or with C-Level management and clients. • Demonstrated effectiveness in working with attorneys and other service providers, with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory environments (i.e., FDCPA, OFAC, ECOA, SCRA, BSA/AML, GLBA & UDAAP). • History of outstanding performance and results. • Skill in the use of various software applications, including MS Word, Excel, lease and loan software, Credit Bureaus, and skip tracing tools. • Effective at multi-tasking, problem-solving, and working with performance pressure.
