• 12-15 years of experience or leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a VP or mid-manager-level capacity • MBA preferred but not required • Experience with performance models like OKR, Balanced Scorecard and/or other models that align efforts to improving outcomes • Experience in Project Management and leading a team of PMs • Strong business acumen to assess client challenges, competitive landscapes, and key performance indicators, enabling the development of effective strategies, solutions, and implementation roadmaps • Capable of engaging C-level audiences with clear, concise, and actionable language while identifying and leveraging critical data • Proven track record of growing client accounts, driving revenue, and building successful client relationships in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Highly organized, methodical and structured thinking aligned to outcomes in the most productive manner • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop top talent • Self-starter with a growth mindset who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
