Description
• Oversee the service activities of volunteer groups • Arrange volunteers’ service schedules at each orphanage • Help volunteers plan activities during service shifts • Provide training to new volunteers • Pick up and drop off volunteers at the airport • Arrange transportation to/from service locations • Grocery shopping to keep the kitchen stocked • Support volunteers emotionally during service • Provide correction and guidance as needed • Perform volunteer shifts with volunteers • Assist with OSSO sponsored outings and activities • Track/report expenses related to daily work • Other related duties as needed
Requirements
• Must be able to undergo training • Must be comfortable working with children and youth
