📋 Description

• Founded in 2006, OrthoPediatrics is an orthopedic company focused exclusively on advancing pediatric orthopedics. • Seeking a versatile Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist for EDC in Breda. • Combine customer service, transport arrangements, warehouse operations, and inspection of returned instruments. • Process customer orders, assist with warehouse tasks, invoicing, and managing cash collections. • Handle inquiries from EMEA agents and distributors, providing timely support and maintaining accurate records. • Assist with inbound activities, support outbound processes, and conduct regular stock checks. • Inspect returned instruments for quality and compliance, document findings, and prepare for redistribution. • Invoice customers accurately and manage cash collections at the end of the day. • Adapt to different tasks throughout the day as business needs evolve and contribute to overall success.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse operations, or product inspection, preferably in a medical device or healthcare setting. • Familiarity with transport arrangements and coordinating shipments. • Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes. • Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems like Business Central is a plus. • Strong understanding of logistical flows, supply chain management, and customer service operations. • Experience with ERP systems implementation, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus. • Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment. • Maintain documents and records pertaining to work force. • Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, and understand material. • Ability to travel as needed.
