📋 Description
• Orum is making sales human again through conversations. • We are an AI-driven, live conversation platform that accelerates sales teams by empowering salespeople to achieve more. • We are seeking an experienced and dedicated quality assurance (QA) engineer to join our engineering team and lead our QA efforts. • In this role, you will lead and own the quality assurance processes and have a significant impact on our overall engineering organization. • Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 CAD if you're selected, we'll make an offer within this range that matches the experience you're coming with. • We respect your time and don't intend to waste it. • If you see yourself fitting into this role, even without ticking all the boxes, we'd love to hear from you.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software quality assurance. • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience with both automated and manual testing techniques. • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and lead quality assurance initiatives. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
