β€’ COMPANY OVERVIEW β€’ Mythic Talent is a leading talent management company in the entertainment industry. β€’ POSITION OVERVIEW β€’ The Campaign Manager ensures successful execution of marketing campaigns for brand clients. β€’ Requires understanding of influencer marketing, communication skills, and adaptability. β€’ Working hours 10am-6pm EST or PST with flexibility. β€’ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES β€’ Overseeing and Executing Campaigns β€’ Manage marketing campaigns with up to 20 talents efficiently. β€’ Campaign Budget Management and Deployment β€’ Manage campaign budgets up to $200,000 per campaign β€’ Ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives. β€’ Campaign Volume β€’ Max of 40 unique campaigns or 200 activations per month. β€’ Campaign Planning and Strategy β€’ Develop marketing plans aligned with goals and audience insights. β€’ Campaign Execution β€’ Oversee marketing implementation across various channels. β€’ Coordinate with internal and external teams. β€’ Creative Development β€’ Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign assets. β€’ Campaign Performance Analysis β€’ Monitor and analyze metrics like engagement and ROI. β€’ Use data insights for optimization. β€’ Client Communication and Relationship Management β€’ Main point of contact for clients and partners. β€’ Build strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. β€’ Cross-Functional Collaboration Between Teams β€’ Collaborate with sales, product, and analytics teams. β€’ Ensure cohesive execution of strategies. β€’ Project Management β€’ Utilize project management tools for timelines and resources. β€’ Continuous Learning and Development β€’ Stay updated with industry trends and seek professional development. β€’ Campaign Reporting and Presentations β€’ Prepare clear reports and presentations of campaign results. β€’ Provide regular updates to the Director of Campaigns.

Requirements

β€’ 1 year of experience in campaign management or a similar role β€’ Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution β€’ Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Sheets, slides, documents, etc. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive campaign optimization and performance β€’ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision β€’ Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results β€’ Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising β€’ Flexible working schedule β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field β€’ Proficiency with Hubspot β€’ Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events β€’ Experience working with budgets and managing financial aspects of marketing campaigns β€’ Familiarity with Mythic Talents
