• Lead and manage survivor care training initiatives. • Identify survivor care training needs in OUR countries. • Develop and oversee survivor care training programs and initiatives. • Work closely with OUR survivor care staff on the ground to tailor training.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, psychology, or related field. • Minimum of 8 years of training and management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives involving diverse cultural groups. • Fluent in English. • Willing to work extensively with interpreters. • Strategic thinking and planning; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Good budget management skills. • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • High level of adaptability and resilience.
