Description

• Structuring, drafting, and discussing complex customer agreements for SaaS and other technology enabled products and services • Leading a small but high performing team of counsel and paralegals • Managing agreements that comply with company policies/risk tolerances and support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes • Knowledge of US laws and regulations as they apply to SaaS service providers, including privacy, data managing, security, and compliance requirements • Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on all commercial matters • Keep abreast of legislative changes and proactively making recommendations for policy or product changes required to protect JLL Technologies • Provide training to the business in relation to legal and risk issues • Create best in class templates and playbooks

Requirements

• J. D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams to get the job done
