Description

• The Military Recruiting Programs Manager leads Military Friendly initiatives to enhance veteran hiring at US Foods. • Build partnerships with the Department of Defense and Military bases for veteran recruitment. • Develop and execute the military recruiting strategy and programs like Hiring our Heroes. • Manage veteran relationships and provide training on military terminology for hiring managers.

Requirements

• Must have 7-10 years of Human Resources experience • Must have at least 5 years demonstrated experience developing and leading military recruitment strategy. • Armed Forces experience is desired. • Up to 50% overnight travel to military bases and military conferences across the country.
