Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, internal audit, or internal control positions serving large global banking institutions. • Preferred public accounting or professional services firm experience. • Job-relevant certification (CPA, CIA, etc.). • Strong people management, performance feedback, and workload monitoring skills. • Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel for client needs and collaborate in both in-person and remote settings.
