Description

• Engage the assigned dealership enterprises at all levels to assure sustainable market share growth for Insurance products and services • Meet or exceed sales targets, metrics, and goals • Support, promote, and facilitate the sales of Insurance products and services to a network of dealers and customers • Develop, maintain, and implement a territory-specific plan for the accomplishment of objectives (the business plan) using a management-defined sales process • Work with dealers to develop sales plans and strategies to increase dealer Insurance sales, increasing overall dealer performance with our products • Provide telephone and electronic training, coaching, and development to dealer salespeople and staff • Implement new product introductions and roll outs, product training, sales training • Actively communicate the value proposition of Insurance Products to dealers, customers, and Internal counterparts • Identify and communicate areas of potential growth and develop action plans to capture opportunity and grow Insurance sales

Requirements

• Effective sales territory management to maximize sales performance and minimize cost of sales (expenses) • Effective use of time to maximize sales production • Provide “best in class” service to dealers and customers, to increase retention and sales
