• Account Executive on a $1m revenue book of business consisting of real estate accounts • Includes program negotiation, client engagement, creating proposals/presentations, and triaging requests • Work closely with Team Lead to review renewals, strategize client servicing efforts, delegate duties • Occasional travel to clients on a semiannual basis will be required
• 5 years+ Commercial Lines client management experience • Valid P&C brokers’ license • College degree preferred • Industry specific designations preferred- CISR, ARM or similar • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, Applied EPIC, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred • Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures & experience reporting • Ability to clearly articulate these products/plans to clients and underwriters, including compliance and legislative information • Understanding of marketplace trends and best practices to best meet client needs
