Requirements
• 7+ years of direct payroll experience • Thorough knowledge of payroll-related Federal, State, and Local tax compliance requirements • Multi-state US payroll experience • Proficiency with Workday, ADP SmartCompliance, and MS Office applications • Experience working with third-party administrators to process international payroll • Experience working cross-functionally with high performing teams • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to adhere to the highest ethical standards and unwavering integrity • BA/BS degree preferred, CPP certification a strong plus
