ā¢ The Business Development and Sales Virtual Assistant at Outsource Access will play a pivotal role in supporting our growth by assisting the business development and franchise sales teams with a wide range of tasks, including lead generation, social media management, and client interaction. ā¢ Reporting to the VP of Franchise Development, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a virtual environment and is passionate about business development, social media engagement, and B2B sales. ā¢ Key Responsibilities: ā¢ Social Media Management and Engagement: ā¢ Develop and execute content strategies on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for franchise and sales outreach, ensuring brand consistency. ā¢ Manage the CEO's personal branding on social media by posting, responding, and engaging with relevant content. ā¢ Engage with franchise brokers, LinkedIn groups, and other online communities to build visibility and foster connections. ā¢ Lead Generation and Sales Support: ā¢ Use tools like ActiveCampaign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Dripify.io for lead generation, appointment scheduling, and sales outreach. ā¢ Conduct outreach campaigns, including drafting emails, following up, and tracking responses. ā¢ Develop and maintain drip campaigns, newsletters, and other nurture content to engage prospects. ā¢ Support the VP of Franchise Development with personalized outreach and lead nurturing activities. ā¢ Client and Market Research: ā¢ Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and franchise brokers to identify new opportunities. ā¢ Perform market analysis to uncover trends that inform our business development strategy. ā¢ Content Creation: ā¢ Create short- and medium-form blog posts, articles, and newsletters for the franchise sales website. ā¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging. ā¢ Administrative and CRM Management: ā¢ Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients and franchisees. ā¢ Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring accurate and current data. ā¢ Track and analyze key social media and sales metrics to refine outreach strategies. ā¢ Provide administrative support to the CEO and VP of Operations, including coordinating marketing efforts and preparing presentations tailored to client needs. ā¢ Sales Documentation and Proposals: ā¢ Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings, proposals, and contracts. ā¢ Help create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media and email campaigns.
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years in a business development, sales, or marketing role, preferably in a virtual setting. ā¢ Experience in social media management and B2B sales preferred. ā¢ Proficient in ActiveCampaign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Dripify.io. ā¢ Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe tools. ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills for client outreach and engagement. ā¢ Ability to create consistent, engaging content for social media. ā¢ Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. ā¢ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
