📋 Description
• We are looking for a Reports Analyst to support the management team by analyzing data and providing actionable insights. • In this role, you will design and generate reports, maintain databases, create trackers, and prepare data visualizations for the Operations Team. • If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with data, this role is for you. • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends. • Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Identify and implement process improvements and automation for reporting efficiency. • Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored analyses. • Present findings and insights through clear visualizations and reports. • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Stay informed on industry best practices in reporting and analytics.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Workforce Management within the BPO sector. • Proficiency in WFM tools like Power BI. • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools. • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
