β€’ We’re looking for a Retention Marketing Manager who is strategic, data-driven, and detail-oriented to lead our retention efforts. β€’ This role focuses on fostering customer loyalty, increasing lifetime value (LTV), and driving repeat purchases through innovative email, SMS, and loyalty strategies. β€’ Develop and manage retention programs, including email and SMS campaigns, automations, and loyalty initiatives. β€’ Plan campaign calendars, design automation flows, and create customer segments to drive growth and retention. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. β€’ Build and optimize automated workflows, drip campaigns, and personalization strategies. β€’ Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and key performance metrics (KPIs). β€’ Experiment with strategies to increase email and SMS opt-ins. β€’ Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. β€’ Use customer segmentation and lifecycle data to create targeted, data-driven campaigns. β€’ Work with tools like Klaviyo (Email), Wunderkind (SMS/Email), and Yotpo to track and manage retention efforts. β€’ Manage and enhance loyalty programs to deepen customer relationships. β€’ Develop new strategies to boost engagement and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or loyalty marketing, ideally in DTC ecommerce. β€’ Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo (required); experience with Yotpo or Wunderkind is a plus. β€’ Strong ability to make data-driven decisions using customer insights. β€’ Familiar with customer segmentation, RFM analysis, and lifecycle metrics. β€’ Proven track record of implementing and optimizing retention strategies with measurable results. β€’ Skilled at managing complex workflows and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. β€’ A β€œno task is too small” mindset and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. β€’ Experienced with email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and loyalty tools (e.g., Yotpo). β€’ Bonus: Familiarity with A/B testing, data visualization tools, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
