Requirements

• 2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or a related role, ideally with experience in the US construction industry. • US Recruiting and Sourcing experience preferred • Proven experience with job boards, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other candidate-sourcing tools. • Strong verbal and written skills; comfortable conducting outreach to both active and passive candidates and potential clients. • Ability to manage a pipeline of candidates and clients simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining follow-up practices. • Background in lead generation and building client relationships is a plus.
