📋 Description

• As the #1 low-code application development platform globally, OutSystems provides customers with everything they need to build apps incredibly fast and to deliver genuine transformation. • This role is paramount to the company’s growth and is an accelerant to scale and drive the company’s overall sales and customer success mission. • In this role, you will partner with the VP, Sales Operations to execute high quality, on time and value driven projects across the Go To Market teams. • As a Program Manager, you will lead and drive global sales operations programs, ensuring seamless execution as the company scales and evolves. • You will work closely with GTM leaders and other cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage strategic initiatives, staying on top of key metrics, timelines, and stakeholder interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of a strong, proven track record in sales program management • Background in GTM Operations with experience in managing or working with the variance operations functions within GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel) • Exceptional organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively with exceptional attention to detail; while driving projects to completion according to deadlines • Demonstrated ability to report on, analyze, and interpret data for meaningful business metrics. • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business • Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams – internally and externally, in-person and virtually • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change • Experience with technologies like Smartsheet, salesforce.com, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and the Google Suite is a major asset
