Description

• IT Field Operations Technician will help support clients with onsite hardware and software • This is a 100% travel position • Responsibilities include receiving, moving and deploying IT assets • Configuration of IT assets and executing equipment replacement • Updating asset management system and assisting end users with IT issues • Troubleshoot application issues and involve external vendors as necessary

Requirements

• Ability to travel nationally (by car and/or airplane) full time (Mon-Fri) • Interest and passion for IT technology role/environment ideal • Experience in healthcare or hospital environment (Preferred) • Microsoft Certifications - Workstation Windows 7 & 10 (Preferred) • 2 years of experience working with PC support, including deployment of Windows 7 and above (Preferred) • Experience with MS Windows 7, Windows 10 (Preferred) • Must be able to operate basic mechanical tools • Must be able to lift equipment of varying weight, up to and over 50 lbs.; joint lifting as well • Must be able to stoop under desks and climb around equipment to install /power up equipment • Must have a clean and valid Driver’s license
