2+ years of sales experience selling •Background and/or experience in educational sales (specifically K-12) •Prior training focused on sales expansion via cold calling, prospecting and lead generation •Consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales •Superb interpersonal skills and communicates best in-person •Proficiency and adaptability in dynamic, rapidly changing environments •Extensive organization skills, with the ability to work autonomously •Incredible empathy and relationship-building skills with an ability to gain trust of clients and internal teams •An entrepreneurial spirit that embodies Yondr’s mission to live in the real world and not behind a screen
