β€’ Account Executive responsible for driving net new logo sales to SMB in construction industry β€’ Build and manage a pipeline of SMB opportunities from prospect to close β€’ Conduct face-to-face meetings and engage with prospects over various communication channels β€’ Update prospecting pipeline in real-time and forecast effectively in CRM

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of relevant sales experience; preferably selling SaaS/technology related products or services β€’ Superior personal integrity and ownership of outcomes β€’ Well-versed in solution-based selling and relationship building β€’ Ability to coach prospects on best practices; uncover pain points and recommended solutions β€’ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written β€’ Ability to effectively present information to large groups including internal stakeholders and prospects β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce strongly preferred β€’ Strong understanding of market dynamics
