• To support our growing business, we are looking for a Senior Growth Product Designer. • Your goal will be to improve our Oviva Patient Acquisition Funnel. • You will work in a product trio and be responsible for the delivery of the design solution. • A key to the success of this role is to develop a deep understanding of both organisational objectives and users' needs. • An ideal candidate has 5 years or more of hands-on experience as a growth product designer in a rapidly growing digital company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on growth-oriented design and optimization. • Strong portfolio, showcasing your ability to drive user engagement and conversion through design solutions. • Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven design methodologies. • You are a collaborator - You will be in continuous collaboration with product managers and engineers at every phase of the product development process • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. • Proficient in Figma and user research tools • Excellent communication skills both in English and German is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field. • Master's degree is a plus. • Good understanding of behavioural psychology • Already worked for a nutritional care or behaviour change company • Motion/animated design experience
