• THE COMPANY • OVME made its debut in 2018, capturing the hearts with its unique approach to cosmetic medicine. • The inaugural studio in Atlanta, GA received an overwhelming response and quickly won a devoted following. • Today, OVME boasts an impressive network of 29 locations in 14 states and is one of fastest-growing brands in the field of medical aesthetics. • Guided by our unwavering values of Memorable Experiences, Generosity, Trust, Thinking Differently, and Having Fun, we lead by example, fostering an environment that brings out the best in in each of us, every single day. • POSITION SUMMARY • The People Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations while ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. • This role involves managing HR processes, systems, and policies, as well as acting as the key point of contact for compliance-related matters across the organization. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience in HR coordination with a focus on payroll processing. • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar systems). • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
