Description
• The Finance Manager leads the financial analysis for the Kitting product category. • Owns the Kitting product category financial forecasting cycle. • Prepares financial presentations in collaboration with functional leaders. • Supports category business owners & provides cross-functional support. • Identifies and quantifies opportunities to improve financial performance.
Requirements
• Four-year undergraduate degree required. Preferable in finance, accounting, business, or similar. • MBA highly preferred. • 5+ years of related experience. • FP&A experience, including business partnership with senior executive leadership, highly preferred. • Ability to travel, up to 10% of the time.
