Description
• The Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial processes and support Functional and Thematic Teams • Oversee compliance with Oxfam policies • Collaborate with IFP on restricted fund management • Develop and review donor proposal budgets
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance • Five to seven years experience in financial analysis and/or management • Excellent data analysis skills • Excellent budget analysis and monitoring skills • Extensive experience with donor financial compliance • Excellent organizational skills • Outstanding communication skills • Facility with coaching and providing advisory services • Strong interpersonal awareness • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills • Project management experience (preferred)
