• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or crypto). • Understanding of blockchain and staking (you don’t need to be an expert, but interest and willingness to learn are a must!). • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing B2B clients. • Problem-solving mindset - able to troubleshoot issues and guide clients effectively. • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, managing multiple clients effectively. • Fluent English is required, additional languages are a plus. • Passion for Web3 and crypto!
