📋 Description

•Pacific Life is seeking a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to deliver Privileged Access Management (PAM) products and capabilities. •Lead the development of PAM strategy and roadmaps considering corporate strategy, industry security trends, and regulatory requirements. •Collaborate with IT leaders and support staff to ensure requirements are clearly defined and timelines are met. •Work to improve and track the maturity of IAM PAM products and capabilities, showcasing increased adoption, speed to market, and resiliency.

🎯 Requirements

•10+ years Information Security experience, with strong focus in IAM PAM platforms (e.g. CyberArk, Thycotic, TPAM, Netwrix) •Detailed knowledge and experience in enabling new, migrating to, and/or managing an enterprise PAM platform based on best practices. •Detailed knowledge and experience with automating PAM processes by leveraging out of box capabilities and custom build connectors / API’s. •Knowledge and experience of Just-in-Time Administration, Zero Trust, and Multi-Factor Authentication. •Experience with designing and developing J2EE/Java applications, web services, and databases •Experience with Agile methodologies and corresponding Agile based tools •Proven ability to influence and gain trust at senior management levels in multi-cultural environments •Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to short timescales •Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement
