📋 Description

• PagerDuty empowers teams to do critical work through the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. • Seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead Majors Sales team. • Responsible for building and enabling a high-performing team of Majors AEs. • Oversee revenue growth through strategic account expansion and new logo acquisition. • Ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling sales teams. • Focus on effective territory management and strategic growth initiatives. • Support AEs in developing scalable account plans. • Develop comprehensive sales strategies for larger account portfolios.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of quota-carrying field experience in software/SaaS sales, with demonstrated success in managing larger territories • 3+ years of leading sales teams handling extensive account portfolios • Proven ability to coach AEs on efficient territory management and portfolio prioritization • Experience implementing scalable sales processes across larger account bases • Track record of accurately forecasting across diverse, high-volume opportunity pipelines
