• Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. • We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Success Specialist to join our client, a US-based company. • As a Client Success Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring client satisfaction in a remote work environment. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust. • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. • Manage client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and product offerings. • Identify opportunities for client engagement and proactive outreach. • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to inform service improvements. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. • Stay informed about company products and services to effectively support clients. • Work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service or client success role, preferably in a remote setting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Up-to-date resume that highlights relevant experience • Cover letter detailing your passion for customer success • Bilingual is a plus
