β€’ Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency specializing in connecting remote talent with top-tier companies worldwide. β€’ We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales/Business Development professional to join our client. β€’ This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of brands in the FMCG sector. β€’ As a Sales/Business Development specialist, you will identify new business opportunities and cultivate client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a marketing or FMCG environment. β€’ Strong understanding of the FMCG market and consumer behavior. β€’ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. β€’ Proficient in using CRM software and sales enablement tools. β€’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting. β€’ Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events. β€’ Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and customer insights. β€’ Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. β€’ Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with marketing analytics tools is a plus. β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. β€’ Able to work in US Eastern Time Business hours. β€’ Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves extensive client interaction. β€’ Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. β€’ Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred.
