β€’ Lead and supervise our team of Nurse Practitioners and Physicians, providing clinical oversight and mentorship to drive high-quality patient care. β€’ Ensure Pair Team achieves its value-based cost-of-care and HEDIS targets by developing and executing new, evidence-based clinical protocols and policies in partnership with our Population Health team. β€’ Serve as a key clinical leader, bridging clinical expertise with operational needs and collaborating closely with behavioral health, nursing and care management leadership to ensure seamless care delivery. β€’ Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to inform clinical strategy and contribute to organizational growth. β€’ Serve as the escalation point for complex clinical questions from our front-line teams. β€’ Own and cultivate relationships with health plans, community organizations and other stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to advance Pair Team's goals through impactful external engagement.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine as a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), with an active and unrestricted medical license in California. β€’ 5+ years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles, in safety-net settings. β€’ Proven ability to develop and implement clinical protocols and policies in a dynamic healthcare environment. β€’ Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, growth and population health. β€’ A passion for serving vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, or substance use disorders. β€’ Experience in telehealth or technology-enabled care delivery models is a plus. β€’ Comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment that values autonomy and innovation.
