Description

• As a Principal Product Manager at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in building a technology-enabled service that improves healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities. • You will own the product roadmap and drive execution with engineering, design, and data science. • You will work on mission-critical products that shape the direction of the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer • 3+ years of experience with an early-stage startup • Strong technical and complex product problems solving skills • Ownership mindset – own driving results for the mission, business, and customer experience • Excel in thought partnership with engineering, design, and data science • Experience conducting qualitative research (customer interviews) and quantitative analysis to make product decisions • Strong desire to work in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced, complex, and has minimal barriers to make decisions (no “red tape”) • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder • Experience with a digital health is a plus but not required
