Description

• You will lead the development of our whole-person care platform • Scale our operations team from 100s to 1000s • Lay the foundation to build a portfolio of products across various community partners • This foundation will be critical to scaling nationally • Continuously iterate on our care model via data insights • Build community infrastructure to transform our safety-net care delivery system • This is a fully remote position reporting to the CEO

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare is a big plus but not required! • 10+ years experience in Product with 5+ years leading product • Built high velocity product teams (ex: 10 → 50 in 3 years) • Scaled operations teams via product at a high-growth organization • Development of a platform that has a portfolio of products on top of it • Operational Excellence - drives to certainty around inherently uncertain R&D • Systems Thinking - platform thinking across technology and operations • Product Intuition - strong at product concepts and envisioning potentials • Creative - constant idea generator • Teamwork - bridge building with other stakeholders + idea curation • First Principled - independent and logical thinker • Player Coach - operates strategically (10,000 ft) and tactically (1 foot) • Demonstrate our core company values
