Description
• Manage work streams across our consumer and B2B product teams. • Contribute to epics, user stories, tasks, and chores across multiple projects. • Advocate for our users and stakeholders when designing and discussing product improvements and new features. • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams across the project lifecycle (from planning through to implementation). • Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders. • Identify risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate them without derailing deadlines.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience honing your skills in UI, product design, and user experience. • The ability to wireframe, prototype, learn, and iterate rapidly. • A penchant for organizing and executing unbiased discovery and user research. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multifaceted projects with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in design software (Figma, Framer, Adobe CC) • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • An eagerness to engage, share ideas, and build amazing products! • A strong portfolio of work demonstrating your proficiency as a designer and collaborator.
